Extended shell construction for an economic building with a mess hall: Building dimensions are 53.60 m length, 55.40 m width, 6.00 m height, including a rear open courtyard (25.80 m length, 9.90 m width). A partial basement with pump sumps and a staircase is constructed from watertight concrete, with external dimensions of 12.80 m length, 11.70 m width, and 4.60 m depth below ground level. The shallow foundation includes a reinforced concrete floor slab and load-bearing strip foundations. Exterior walls will be built in a double-shell construction with core insulation and a surrounding clinker facing shell. Ceilings in the guest areas will be pre-stressed hollow core slabs, while other ceilings in the operational areas will be made of cast-in-place concrete. Approximate quantities for the shell construction include 710 m³ earthworks, 1,700 m² scaffolding, 1,600 m³ reinforced concrete (cast-in-place), 1,150 m² hollow core slabs, 2,100 m² masonry, and 1,400 m² facing masonry.
