Extended shell construction for the new fire station: Concrete and reinforced concrete works include the excavation of a 422 m³ building pit with spoil disposal, 1,000 m² building pit base, 250 m³ subsoil improvement, earthworks for pipe trenches, 600 m² blinding layer of 5 cm concrete, 350 m² XPS insulation for the base plate, 152 m³ strip foundations, 27 m³ individual foundations, 40 m² precast reinforced concrete frost aprons, 40 m precast reinforced concrete columns 40x40 cm, 15 m precast reinforced concrete columns 20x90 cm, 450 m² reinforced concrete base plate 15 cm, 364 m² reinforced concrete base plate 25 cm, 500 m² reinforced concrete ceiling slab, and 850 m² bituminous waterproofing for an emergency roof. Masonry works involve 250 m² aerated concrete exterior walls and 220 m² sand-lime brick interior walls. Carpentry and timber construction works comprise 12 m³ glulam roof trusses with 12.5 m span, 290 m² timber frame exterior walls 20 cm for the vehicle hall, and 350 m² trapezoidal sheet metal load-bearing shell. Scaffolding works include 1,200 m² facade scaffolding LK3, W06, 1 piece stair tower, and 350 m² safety nets for fall protection in the vehicle hall. Other services include 1 piece drainage canal works and 1 piece foundation earthing.
