Extended shell construction in existing building: Erection, maintenance, and dismantling of 2 scaffolding load towers (each with staircase and weather protection roof), approx. 925 m² facade scaffolding with 3 stair access points and roof edge protection scaffolding, approx. 35 m³ room scaffolding in the elevator shaft; supply and installation of approx. 217 m² calcium silicate masonry 17.5/24 cm, approx. 55 m² hollow brick masonry 24 cm for infilling window niches; creation and closing of openings in existing walls (thickness 30 cm to 75 cm); removal of approx. 620 m² timber beam ceilings and replacement with reinforced concrete ceilings on all floors; installation of a reinforced concrete elevator shaft (approx. 2.0 x 2.2 m, approx. 13.6 m high); approx. 1,335 m² demolition and new plastering on existing interior walls; approx. 425 m² new plaster on new walls; supply and installation of approx. 374 m² floor structure on ground floor (with filling or sub-concrete, waterproofing, impact sound insulation, and cement screed with underfloor heating), approx. 763 m² floor structure on upper/attic floors (with impact sound insulation and cement screed with underfloor heating); accompanying safety, dismantling, removal, demolition, waterproofing, carpentry, natural stone, and ancillary works; site setup.
