Extended Shell Construction and Civil Engineering for Reick Electrode Boiler

Shell construction, fit-out, and civil engineering services for the Reick electrode boiler building: Construction of the building including associated outdoor facilities, creation of the excavation pit, the foundation cushion, and all underground media installations (drainage, drinking water, earthing systems, and building entries). All reinforced concrete works with base plate, foundations, walls, ceilings, cable cellar, and all structural components, recesses, penetrations, sealings, and preparatory services for subsequent trades. Solid facades including thermal insulation composite system, all roofing works with sealing and drainage, and essential fit-out services with floor coatings, raised floor systems, and painting and coating works. Structural construction of cable routes, the district heating pipeline including pipe bridge foundations, and the cooling and sedimentation pit including all earthworks, reinforced concrete, and sealing works up to the defined interfaces of the technical equipment.
