Extension of the Emergency Department (FAM) at Nyt OUH: Trade and General Contracts

Extension of the Emergency Department (FAM) at Nyt OUH: construction of a new building section connected to the existing FAM building at Nyt OUH. The project is part of the overall hospital construction and is carried out in direct connection with an existing, simultaneously constructed building. The shell construction is already completed. The extension comprises 5 floors with an approximate built area of 720 m² and a total floor area of approximately 3,600 m². It includes a covered ambulance hall, 3 floors with a total of 39 patient rooms, and a technical/office floor. The works include the necessary structural and installation-related deliveries for the completion of the extension and are executed in parallel as several independent trade and general contracts, including electrical, plumbing, ventilation, facade, window, painting, carpentry, and flooring works. The overall temporal framework for the project is detailed in the main schedule.
