Expansion of the Psychological-Pedagogical Counseling Center, Wrzeciono 24

Construction works for the expansion of the Psychological-Pedagogical Counseling Center: Comprehensive construction and assembly works, starting with site security (fences, information boards) and preparatory demolition works. These include externally the dismantling of scaffolding, lightning protection systems, external lighting, gutters, basement window grates, ramps, external stair railings, canopies, kitchen block steps, coal chute, facade elements (signs, boards), air conditioners, sheet metal work (window sills, roof flashings, attic walls, cornices), ventilation pipes, plaster and cladding, insulation layers, window and door joinery, roof hatch, building plinth, foundation walls (excavation), ventilation grates, and the roof insulation layer. Internally, this involves the dismantling of equipment, furniture, fixtures, joinery for complete room emptying, as well as the removal of radiators, devices, all installations, suspended ceilings, partition walls, and existing flooring down to the load-bearing subfloor. External construction works include bricking up and enlarging openings, external wall insulation with mineral plaster or cladding, plinth and foundation wall insulation with dimpled sheeting and plinth cladding, roof space insulation, repair of the existing felt roof and chimneys, horizontal foundation insulation (injections with low-viscosity materials), vertical foundation insulation, floor insulation (slurry under floor layers), installation of new sheet metal work (window sills, roof flashings, attic walls, cornices), new gutters and downpipes, new window and door joinery and smoke vents, repair and new construction of external ramps and railings, creation of a building plinth, new entrance canopies, external lighting, replacement of the lightning protection system, and new ventilation grates. Internal works include creating wall openings, enlarging the basement (deepening the un-basemented part for elevator access), underpinning the un-basemented basement part, constructing an elevator shaft with foundation, new plasterboard partition walls, bricking up openings, reconstruction of the heat node, replacement of the central heating system (including radiators), cold and hot water installations, sanitary and storm drainage, installation of a mechanical building ventilation system, electrical power installations, electrical and low-voltage (telecommunication) installations, renovation of sanitary facilities (accessibility for disabled persons), new floor layers, gypsum plastering and painting of walls, new flooring and cladding in sanitary rooms, new sanitary equipment, plasterboard suspended ceilings in corridors, window sills, radiator enclosures, bumper strips in corridors, replacement of external stair railings for both staircases, renovation and reconstruction of building entrances, adaptation of the building for disabled persons according to Warsaw architectural accessibility standards (Ordinance No. 1783/2022), and finishing works. Site development includes preparatory works, demolition and earthworks, external lighting with power supply, electrical and telecommunication installations for information boards (according to Warsaw accessibility standards), telecommunication sewage system with camera installation, construction of parking lots and sidewalks, foundations for small architectural elements, installation of small architectural elements, installation of signs and information boards, application of markings and guiding strips (according to Warsaw accessibility standards), landscaping, and cleanup of the adjacent area.
