Extension of the WAIWIZ building with the CZRNTI PP and protective structure for Poznan University of Technology

Design and construction of the extension of the WAIWIZ building with the Centre for Sustainable Development Technology and New Technologies and Innovation of Poznan University of Technology (CZRNTI PP) including a protective structure on the Warta Campus of Poznan University of Technology: preparation of multi-branch project documentation (technical, executive, and workshop projects, as-built documentation, studies on acoustics and radiation); realization of the investment including site development elements (roads, fire road, parking, sidewalks, landscaping, greenery, technical infrastructure with relocations and dismantling of inactive installations), the complete CZRNTI PP building, an underground connector between WAIWIZ and CZRNTI PP, a support structure for photovoltaic panels over the CZRNTI PP courtyard, generator aggregate chambers, a pedestrian path at ceiling level above the -1 floor with external stairs (east of CZRNTI PP, also housing the ventilation system for the protective structure), and the reconstruction of the pedestrian and vehicular path east of WAIWIZ including reshaping and new external stairs. The CZRNTI PP is a laboratory and research building with two shelters and two hiding places at level -1, including a two-zone hiding place (resistance category U3) and a two-zone shelter (resistance category S1). The service also includes administrative registrations, obtaining all necessary approvals up to the final occupancy permit, comprehensive acceptance of the investment, and performing maintenance and inspection services for building systems for 60 months to maintain warranties, further items as per the tender documents.
