Extension of WAIWIZ building with Center for Sustainable Technology and Innovation (CZRNTI PP) including protective structure

Design and construction of the extension of the WAIWIZ building with the Center for Sustainable Technology and Innovation (CZRNTI PP) including a protective structure on the Warta Campus of Poznań University of Technology. The CZRNTI PP will be a science and education, laboratory-research building, classified as a protective structure with two bunkers and two shelters at level -1. The protective structures include a two-zone shelter of resistance category U3 and a two-zone bunker of resistance category S1, serving as supplementary functions during emergencies or wartime, and otherwise fulfilling the building's primary function. The scope includes multi-discipline design documentation (technical, executive, and workshop projects, as-built documentation, studies on acoustics and radiation), the realization of the investment including land development, the complete CZRNTI PP building, an underground connector between WAIWIZ and CZRNTI PP, a support structure for photovoltaic panels, generator rooms, a pedestrian path at level -1 with external stairs, and the reconstruction of the pedestrian-vehicular path east of WAIWIZ. Also included are administrative notifications, permits, comprehensive acceptance of the investment, and servicing and inspections of building systems for 60 months after acceptance; further items as per the tender documents.
