Roof sealing and plumbing works: approx. 2,500 m² dry roof area (reinforced concrete), approx. 1,400 m² dry roof area (trapezoidal sheet metal). For roof component above 3rd floor (primary school): approx. 1,650 m² reinforced concrete components preparation, primer, and vapor barrier; approx. 1,300 m² thermal insulation (EPS, sloped insulation, folding insulation board); approx. 160 m² thermal insulation underlay (60mm, mineral wool, middle layer, top layer); approx. 1,650 m² upper layer roof sealing, verge, eaves. For roof component above 2nd floor (primary school): approx. 780 m² reinforced concrete components preparation, primer, and vapor barrier; approx. 640 m² thermal insulation (EPS, sloped insulation, folding insulation board); approx. 140 m² plinth and attic thermal insulation; approx. 780 m² upper layer roof sealing, verge, eaves. For roof component above connector (primary school): approx. 80 m² reinforced concrete components preparation, primer, and vapor barrier; approx. 80 m² thermal insulation (EPS, sloped insulation) and roof sealing. For roof component above sports hall: approx. 510 m² reinforced concrete components preparation, primer, and vapor barrier; approx. 5,300 m acoustic trough filler trapezoidal sheet metal; approx. 1,460 m² trapezoidal profile vapor barrier; approx. 510 m² reinforced concrete component vapor barrier; approx. 1,375 m² thermal insulation (140mm); approx. 1,715 m² thermal insulation (100mm, as folding insulation board); approx. 1,810 m² lower and upper layer roof sealing. For green roof (primary school and connector): approx. 2,270 m² separation, protection, and storage fleece (PES/PP, 300 g/m², loose); approx. 1,740 m² drainage and water storage element (filter fleece); approx. 1,740 m² extensive substrate (6cm); approx. 1,740 m² seeds (herb seeding, sprout seeding) and completion care; approx. 535 m gravel strip (L-profile perforated, 100 mm height). Execution times: creation and handover of workshop and assembly planning from 04.01.2027 to 15.01.2027; on-site execution from 27.01.2027 to 02.07.2027.
