Expansion and Integration of Sales and Control Systems and Passenger Portal with Infrastructure

Expansion and integration of ticket sales and control systems for the Rzeszów Public Transport Authority: includes the expansion of central systems, a mobile application, the Passenger Portal, the e-Shop system, the sales system in ticket machines, validator software, and controller devices. This involves the delivery and commissioning of the necessary ICT infrastructure, comprising 4 high-performance rack servers, 1 network security device (Firewall/UTM), 1 configuration and migration service for the security device, 16 server operating system licenses for the server platform, 1 configuration and migration service for the virtualization environment, 150 server operating system licenses, 40 remote access licenses for the server system, and 2 database management system licenses for multiple processor cores. All design, implementation, integration, configuration, and commissioning services are included. The offered ICT products, services, or processes must not have a negative impact on state security or originate from high-risk suppliers. A warranty and guarantee for 60 months must be provided; further items as per the tender documents.
