Expansion and Integration of Sales and Control Systems, Passenger Portal, and IT Infrastructure

Expansion and integration of ticket sales and control systems for the Public Transport Authority in Rzeszów: includes the expansion of central systems, mobile application, Passenger Portal, e-Shop system, sales system in ticket machines, validator software, and controller device functionalities. Delivery, configuration, and commissioning of IT infrastructure with 4 high-performance rack servers, 1 network security device (Firewall/UTM) including 1 configuration and migration service, 16 licenses for server operating system for the server platform, 1 service for configuration and migration of the virtualization environment, 150 licenses for server operating system, 40 licenses for remote access to the server system, and 2 licenses for database management system for multiple processor cores. A warranty and guarantee period of 60 months is provided. Excluded are ICT products, services, or processes identified as having a negative impact on national security or from high-risk suppliers, as defined by Polish cybersecurity law and the EU cybersecurity act.
