Construction works for the extension and renovation of a depot for historic rolling stock in Monceau sur Sambre, including structural works, finishes, electricity, HVAC, IT, roads, and surroundings: Extension of the existing CHW building by approximately 4,500 m² on the north side and approximately 3,000 m² on the south side for a storage depot for historic rolling stock, including a 'box-in-box' volume for the storage of 4 royal carriages. The depot area requires precise climatic conditions (temperature and relative humidity) for the preservation of collections, with a fossil-free climate control installation. Renewal of the existing climate control system, also fossil-free. Energy renovation of an office area in the existing CHW Monceau, comprising energy improvements to the building envelope and limited interior fittings.
