Expansion and Renovation of Pornaisten Yhtenäiskoulu

General Contractor (KVR-Urakka) services for the new construction and renovation of Pornaisten Yhtenäiskoulu: Demolition of the old upper secondary school building, technical work facilities, and preschool facilities; new construction of a two-story school center; basic renovation and spatial changes to Kirveskoski School on the same plot; renewal of outdoor areas and yard structures, including demolition, construction, electrical, fixed furniture, landscaping, earthworks, and HVAC works. Teaching activities continue on site during construction. The contractor is responsible for overall design and implementation, acts as the main contractor, and is responsible for site management, coordination, modeling, scheduling, quality, costs, documentation, work safety, and construction management.
