Extension Building, Sports Halls, Elevator Additions, and Outdoor and Sports Facilities for Sandinostraße School Campus

Planning services according to HOAI (LPH 5 – execution planning), workshop and assembly planning, and all construction services for the extension, replacement new construction, and renovation of schools and sports halls, as well as the renewal of the outdoor facilities at the Sandinostraße 8, 10, 13055 Berlin school campus: New construction of an ISS extension building (GFA approx. 9,950 m² with 6 compartment clusters, specialized classrooms for natural sciences, technology, textile design, and cooking, library, and inclusion area); addition to the existing GS building (Sandinostr. 8, GFA approx. 250 m² for barrier-free access); addition to the existing ISS building (Sandinostr. 10, GFA approx. 250 m² for barrier-free access); demolition of a three-story supplementary building (MUR, GFA approx. 1,630 m² from the 1990s); demolition of Sports Hall 1 (GFA approx. 1,520 m² including annex from the 1970s); demolition of Sports Hall 2 (GFA approx. 1,790 m² including annex from the 1990s); new construction of a Community HUB ISS (GFA approx. 4,300 m² including canteen, multi-purpose room on the ground floor, and three-court sports hall on the upper floor); new construction of a Community HUB GS (GFA approx. 4,300 m² including canteen, multi-purpose room on the ground floor, and three-court sports hall on the upper floor); renewal of outdoor facilities in all construction phases and construction of sports facilities. The measures will be carried out in four construction phases.
