Project management services according to AHO Booklet No. 9 (March 2020 edition), action areas A-E, project phases 1-5, plus special services; multi-project management services according to AHO Booklet No. 19, Section 4.4; BIM management services (details as per BIM price sheet). These services relate to the energy-efficient renovation of 13 locations, divided into two packages: Package A includes Ronsdorfer Straße 138 (administration, depot), Itterstraße 116 (staff building with administration area, morgue, chapel), Stockumer Höfe 180 (administration building; carpentry, workshop, agricultural machinery workshop, social building, locksmithery), Gräulinger Straße 27 (fire station and vehicle halls, administration, rest areas, building services, workshop), Bittweg 60, 60a, 62, 62a, 62b (crematorium, chapel with heritage protection, depot, mixed-use building), Werstener Feld 195-195 b (administration, morgue with attached chapel, staff building). Package B is optional for project management and BIM management services and comprises Am Nordfriedhof 1, 1b-1e (chapel, chapel extension, administration, operations, apartment), Am Südfriedhof 14 e, 14 k (chapel with attached morgue, staff building, administration building), Freiheitshagen 33 (fire department, apartment, district sports), Gertrudisplatz 6, 8 (administration building), Kaiserswerther Straße 390 (administration building with apartment), Schießstraße 21 a, 21 b (administration building, morgue with chapel), Quadenhofstraße 151 (administration and staff building, chapel).
