ESG Reporting Software (SaaS) for Bayerischer Rundfunk and other beneficiaries

Provision, secure operation, and continuous development of ESG sustainability data management software as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution: The modular software enables participating broadcasting corporations (RFA) to annually create climate balances, sustainability reports according to the Voluntary Standard (VS), and sustainability reports according to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). At least the modules "Climate Balance", "VS Report", and "CSRD Report" must be independently orderable and usable. The software must support parallel work by multiple broadcasting corporations in technically and organizationally separated workspaces (instance or client). A central ARD view must be able to display aggregated data for a consolidated ARD climate balance and an ARD-wide VS report, without compromising the data sovereignty of individual broadcasting corporations. The software supports data collection, validation, evaluation, reporting, documentation, and auditing of sustainability information; data, key figures, and evidence must be provided in an audit-proof, historically traceable, and externally auditable manner.
