Screed, sealing, and tiling works for the energy-efficient renovation of Freizeitbad GalaxSea Jena: Substrate preparation, creation of screed and slope constructions, composite sealings, and delivery and installation of ceramic wall and floor coverings. The works are to be carried out in the diving pool, sports pool, adventure pool, children's paddling pool, spray area, dry playground, sauna gastronomy, pool bar, plant basins, and other ancillary and functional areas. All materials and system components must be suitable for permanent use in swimming pool and wet areas and executed as a coordinated system. Key services include substrate preparation (cleaning, shot blasting, milling, and creation of bonding bridges on concrete substrates), production of sloped concrete, sloped insulation, cement screeds, and heated screeds, execution of composite sealings in wall, floor, and pool areas (including sealing tapes, sealing sleeves, and connection details), delivery and installation of ceramic wall and floor coverings (including molded parts, coved skirtings, and movement joint profiles), installation of pool tiles, natural stone coverings, mosaic coverings, and ceramic coverings in wet and dry areas, as well as the creation of elastic joints and durable connection details in all wet areas. Key quantities (approx.): Substrate preparation in various designs approx. 5,900 m², composite sealing wall areas approx. 1,640 m², total sealing areas approx. 3,120 m², sloped concrete C12/15 approx. 1,000 m², screeds in various designs approx. 1,400 m², total tile/natural stone/mosaic coverings approx. 3,150 m², movement and connection joints / sealing tapes approx. 3,850 m, elastic sealants approx. 3,200 m. The execution will be carried out in sections within an existing leisure pool, considering confined spaces, difficult material transport, phased construction, and coordination with numerous parallel trades, including all ancillary services, tests, samples, documentation, and complete ready-for-operation handover.
