Screed works for the new Delme Klinikum Delmenhorst

Screed works (remaining services) for the new Delme Klinikum Delmenhorst hospital at Wildeshauser Straße 92 in 27753 Delmenhorst: floating cement screed with thicknesses from 60 to 90 mm (predominantly 75 mm), totaling approximately 10,100 m²; screed strips with widths from 15 to 30 cm, approximately 535 m; impact sound and leveling insulation made of rock wool with thicknesses from 30 to 60 mm, plus edge insulation strips; two-layer PE film as a separating layer; substrate preparation including cleaning, leveling, moisture measurement with CM device, and adhesion pull-off test; aluminum screed stops, movement joint profiles, joint resinification, finishing work at floor openings and supports; workshop and assembly planning for expansion joint division; trade-specific site setup and hourly wage work. The services cover floors UG to 4th OG and connect to already completed screed areas, with the connection to existing structures being part of the service. Execution follows a schedule in construction phases, managed via a logistics concept with a binding logistics manual.
