Screed works for the conversion of Löhne train station into a 3rd place
Screed works at the location 32584 Löhne, Bünder Straße 7: site setup, insulation, and screed. This includes various insulation material qualities and dimensions, as well as the application of calcium sulfate screed in different thicknesses as normal and heated screed, including ancillary works. Specifically, 1,900 m² of subfloor cleaning, 610 m² of repair leveling compound application, 1,214 m² of EPS insulation of various thicknesses, 1,028 m² of calcium sulfate heated screed of various thicknesses, and 186 m² of cement screed are required. Additionally, approximately 80 hours of hourly-paid work are planned.
