ETCS L2 for the section ŽST Ľubochňa - ŽST Liptovská Teplá (excluding)

Planning, construction, and implementation of ETCS L2 BL3 or higher for the railway section ŽST Ľubochňa - ŽST Liptovská Teplá (excluding): Development and delivery of project documentation (construction intent, detailed design including geodetic survey), engineering services for obtaining legally binding construction permits and project verifications, ensuring property rights settlement for landowners (permanent occupation or easement), execution of construction works, engineering services during the construction phase for obtaining legally binding occupancy permits, development and delivery of as-built documentation. The system must be integrated into existing station and track safety devices, telecommunication infrastructure, and traffic control systems, ensuring minimal intervention into existing infrastructure, maximum utilization of current facilities, and backward compatibility with ETCS BL2 and BL3; further items as per the tender documents.
