ETCS L2 BL3 system or higher for the railway section ŽST Liptovská Teplá - Výh. Paludza: Development and delivery of project documentation (construction intent, execution project including geodetic survey), engineering services to secure valid approvals and project verifications, settlement of property rights (permanent occupation or easements), execution of construction works, engineering services during the construction phase to secure valid occupancy permits, and development and delivery of as-built documentation. Integration of the system into existing station and track safety devices, telecommunication infrastructure, and traffic control systems, maximizing the use of existing infrastructure with minimal interventions, and complying with interoperability requirements according to TSI CCS. The scope of construction and technological modifications is limited to elements necessary for ETCS functionality, such as track elements, control components, and data communication.
