ETCS L2 System for the Railway Section Vrútky nákl. st. – Ľubochňa

Planning, construction, and implementation of an ETCS L2 BL3 or higher version system for the railway section ŽST Vrútky nákl. st. (excluding) – ŽST Ľubochňa (excluding): Preparation and delivery of project documentation (construction intent, detailed design including geodetic survey), engineering services for obtaining building permits and project verifications, settlement of property rights for landowners (permanent occupation or easement), execution of construction works, engineering services for obtaining final inspection certificates, and preparation and delivery of as-built documentation. The system must be integrated into the existing railway infrastructure, including station and trackside safety devices, telecommunication infrastructure, and traffic control systems. This requires minimal interventions into the existing infrastructure and maximum utilization of existing facilities. The solution must provide backward compatibility with ETCS BL2 and BL3 according to TSI CCS and respect current station, trackside, and level crossing safety devices. The objective is to maintain railway operations, minimize interventions, and optimize investment costs while achieving the required safety, reliability, and interoperability standards.
