Evaluation of PITer+ PARCOURS+

Evaluation of PITer+ PARCOURS+: Mid-term and end-of-program evaluation, including the development of a strategy for results capitalization. The evaluation aims to assess the relevance of the strategy against initial partner expectations, measure the coherence of actions within each project with the needs and objectives identified in the cross-border cooperation strategy of PITer+ PARCOURS+ deposited in 2024, evaluate the results of activities carried out by the 4 simple projects, measure the complementarity of the simple projects among themselves, analyze the impacts (communication, governance, economy) of PARCOURS+ on target audiences, analyze the successes and areas for improvement of PITer+ PARCOURS+, and formulate recommendations for future European programming. Additionally, recommendations are to be produced for capitalization tools, valorization activities, best practices, performance indicators, and the dissemination of PARCOURS+ activities.
