Event Transportation for Defense Events

Event transportation by city buses: Transport of public, defense personnel, and non-defense personnel to and from events organized by Defense, including supervision and guidance during execution. Transport is provided with various types of articulated and non-articulated city buses. Setup of a shuttle service to the nearest train station or other locations. Provision of a Head Coordinator for reconnaissance and the creation of a traffic and transport plan, including advice on the number and types of wheelchair buses. Provision of traffic controllers and traffic equipment such as a command vehicle or safety coordinator, and establishment of bus stops and staging areas. For each event, the development and execution of an emergency plan for quick evacuation of the event site and the setup of a bus depot for parking, cleaning, fueling/charging, and technical maintenance are required. The framework agreement also covers assistance upon request with city bus transport during calamities or events organized by other authorities/organizations, when requested by the government/Defense.
