Evaluation of FENG Support for Digitalization, Greening, and Employee Competence Development in Enterprises
Evaluation of FENG support: Assessment of the effectiveness, efficiency, utility, and sustainability of the support in the areas of digitalization, greening of enterprises, and employee competence development (CZK). Special attention is given to the effects of enterprise transformation and the links between digital and green transformation. The aim is to develop recommendations for the further direction of FENG support and future public interventions. This key and horizontal study is carried out by PARP on behalf of the Managing Authority and covers the activities of all FENG IPs (PARP, NCBR, BGK, OPI, and FnNP).
