External laboratory services: Collection of samples on weekdays Monday to Friday between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM from Building 5 at the Klingenmünster site; transport in vehicles equipped with temperature control, cooling, and freezing devices; transport and packaging costs are included in the individual sample prices; transport media are provided free of charge. If required, collection on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays takes place between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM after telephone consultation from the admission information center at the Klingenmünster site. Result transmission occurs immediately after generation, results must be determined within the usual time frame. Sample processing must take place on the day of sample receipt. For critical values, results are transmitted immediately by phone or fax.
