External Personnel Services (Headhunting) for Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund

Framework agreement for external personnel services (headhunting): Staffing of specialist and management positions at Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund at locations Berlin, Brandenburg a.H., Gera, Stralsund, Würzburg, and nationwide rehabilitation centers. The framework agreement will be concluded with 4 economic operators. Individual contracts will be awarded via mini-competition using negotiated procedures, with price and quality as award criteria. The contract duration is 4 years, during which approximately 16 positions are expected to be filled. Key management positions sought are at F 1 and C-directorate level, including department heads (salary group B2/B3 BBesO), Chief Information Officer (salary group B5 BBesO), Chief Operation Officer (salary group B5 BBesO), and Chief Service Officer (salary group B5 BBesO). Other professional groups primarily sought are professors for social insurance (salary group B2 BBesO), doctors (salary group A 14/A 15 or E 14/E 15 TV EntgO-DRV) for the Berlin headquarters and rehabilitation centers, engineers (salary group A 12 to A16 or E 12 to E 15 TV EntgO-DRV), architects (salary group A12 to A15 or E 12 to E 15 TV EntgO-DRV), and IT key functions (High Expert) (salary group A12 to A15 or E 12 to E 15 TV EntgO-DRV), as well as other bottleneck professions as per DRV Bund specifications.
