External management of temporary staff for RATP: includes the operational steering of the complete and reliable temporary staff request process, direct and constant interface with referenced temporary employment agencies (ETT), secure quality, regulatory, and administrative monitoring, ETT network management, handling of disputes and sensitive situations, structured, consolidated, and performance-oriented control, solid and continuous operational support for internal specifiers, enhanced operational continuity, continuous improvement of the system, and management of the invoicing process. The total invoiced volume was approximately €17 million in 2024 and €37 million in 2025. In 2025, 1,953 temporary staff performed 4,174 missions, and in 2024, 2,664 temporary staff performed 6,549 missions. The average duration of a temporary assignment is approximately 78 days.
