Building automation planning for renovation of staff building, Saalfeld State Police Inspectorate

Specialist planning services for technical equipment, plant group 8 - building automation according to HOAI: comprehensive renovation of the staff building (built 1938) and adjacent outdoor facilities at the property Cottastraße 41 in 07407 Rudolstadt, Saalfeld State Police Inspectorate. The building has a gross floor area of approx. 3,486 m² or 14,855 m³ GFA and will be renovated in four annual phases. It is a two-story L-shaped building of monolithic construction with an adjacent half-timbered annex and a combined saddle and hip roof. The staff building and outdoor facilities are listed as historical monuments; all measures must be coordinated with the monument protection authority. Roof renovation is not included. Results of separately commissioned restoration investigations must be considered. The thermal insulation certificate according to GEG will be prepared by the object planner. Classification is in HOAI fee zone 3, eligible costs gross: approximately 151,000 EUR (estimated). Initially, service phases 2 and 3 (preliminary design, detailed design) will be awarded; service phases 5 to 9 (execution planning, procurement, object supervision, object support) are optionally available in stages. The construction measure is classified as "Confidential – for official use only" (VS-NfD); correspondence and data exchange require a BSI-approved encryption program (e.g., GnuPG VS-Desktop), whose licenses and additional effort will not be reimbursed separately. The construction measure is subject to the approval procedure according to § 84 ThürBO 2024.
