Specialized Planning for Engineering Structures for New Office Building General Customs Directorate Dresden

Object planning for engineering structures for media development, demolition, and relocation of existing lines: Planning services for civil engineering in service phases 2 - 8 and construction supervision according to § 43 ff. HOAI. Key components include demolition and disposal of existing media on the construction site, sewer construction (wastewater and rainwater), rainwater infiltration systems, earthworks for media development (presumably RW, SW, TW, Elt, FM/IT, district heating, outdoor lighting, possibly further empty conduit routes). The new office building for the General Customs Directorate Dresden is planned for approx. 400 employees with an office usable area of 7,182 m² plus 970 m² special areas. The total area of the building plots is approx. 9,000 m², with a height difference of approx. 0.4 m. Estimated total construction costs (KG 200 - 600) are 70.5 million Euro. Completion is scheduled for March 2031. The federal construction project requires certification to the Silver standard according to the Sustainable Building Assessment System (BNB).
