Technical Equipment Planning for KREA Residential Development Dachauer-/Heßstraße

Planning services according to HOAI 2021, service phases 3-9, for the technical equipment planning of plant groups 4, 5, and 8, with phased commissioning: New construction of three residential buildings with approximately 368 residential units, small-scale commercial and retail units (ground floor all buildings; MU (2) also 1st floor) and up to 8 full stories, an underground car park with 180 parking spaces, and a municipal daycare center with 3 crèche and 3 kindergarten groups in the Kreativquartier area, sub-area Kreativplattform, MU (2), MU (3), and MU (4) with connection to the Romy-Schneider-Platz. The building complexes MU (2), MU (3), and MU (4), already planned up to and including LPH3 (design planning), require the review, evaluation, and, if necessary, revision of planning statuses from two separate offices for plant groups 4, 5, and 8, followed by their consolidation into a BIM model for further planning. Key figures: Residential floor area approx. 38,242 m², daycare floor area approx. 1,208 m², commercial floor area approx. 3,013 m², total gross floor area (GFA) approx. 63,423 m² (underground, above-ground, and special case), total gross volume (GV) approx. 187,350 m³.
