Technical Equipment (HLS) Planning for Interior Renovation of Ganerben-Gymnasium Sports Hall Künzelsau

Technical equipment planning services - heating, ventilation, sanitary (HLS) according to § 53 HOAI for the renovation of the Ganerben-Gymnasium sports hall in Künzelsau: Commissioning of service phases 1 to 8, in stages (Stage 1: service phases 1 to 3; Stage 2: service phases 4 to 8), without legal claim for further stages. Key measures include the addition of an elevator and ancillary rooms, renewal of flat roof waterproofing including thermal insulation, modernization of heating, ventilation, and electrical systems, renewal of hall lighting, renovation of sports floor surfaces, modernization of changing rooms, sanitary facilities, and ancillary rooms, improvement of fire protection, establishment or improvement of accessibility, optimization of equipment rooms and storage areas, adaptation of the hall to current requirements of DIN 18032, the Unfallkasse Baden-Württemberg, and school and club sports. Investment costs for the renovation are estimated at approximately 7.0 million Euros gross. Planning is scheduled from end of 2026 to autumn 2027, construction start from end of 2027 with completion in summer 2029.
