Specialist Planning for Technical Equipment (LPH 3-9 HOAI) for Modernization of Alte Feuerwache Grevenbroich

Specialist planning for technical building equipment (TGA) for the renovation and modernization of the Alte Feuerwache in Grevenbroich as a socio-cultural center, including the new construction of an event hall and partial renovation of the administration building. The planning covers the trades of sanitary technology, drainage systems within the building, disposal of wastewater and rainwater, renewal of heating supply, cooling, ventilation technology, building automation, adaptation, expansion, and renewal of electrical engineering, as well as the integration of renewable energy sources. For the accommodation of technical systems, additional rooms of approximately 100 m² are to be provided in a newly constructed cellar with an insertion shaft, requiring a complete demolition of the middle tract. New house connections for drinking water and gas, as well as a new medium-voltage connection with a transformer, are to be planned. Services include planning phases 3 to 9 according to § 55 HOAI.
