Technical Building Equipment (TGA/HLS) planning for the new waterworks operating building in Leutkirch im Allgäu: The building comprises administration, workshops, and a vehicle hall. Object monitoring is planned, critical plant components (server area, 2-3 control system computers) must be equipped with RC4 protection level. The building is to be realized in wood-hybrid construction, if compatible with RC4. KfW-Effizienzhaus-Standard 40 is aimed for the administration building. A photovoltaic system (approx. 1,200 m²) is to be planned, with acquisition and operating costs not included in the project cost framework. The cost framework is 5.9 million € gross cost groups 200-700 (as of 2026, without PV system), of which cost groups 300+400 are approx. 4.0 million € and cost group 500 is approx. 350,000 €. A rainwater collector is optionally to be provided. Planning services start immediately after commissioning, with building completion aimed for mid-2029. Negotiation discussions are expected on 26.11.2026, 27.11.2026, or 30.11.2026.
