Specialist planning services for electrical technical equipment for the extension of Kita Gemmerich: Planning of a single-story extension with a canteen, fresh-cook kitchen, an additional group room, associated WC facilities, ancillary rooms, and technical rooms. The planning includes the renewal of the electrical technical building equipment (TBE) for the existing building and the extension, including the heating system. The creditable net costs are estimated for heavy current systems (KG 440) at 105,085.66 EUR, a PV system (KG 442) of approx. 40 kWp at 47,327.73 EUR, communication technology systems (KG 450) at 29,326.23 EUR, and building automation (KG 480) at 40,323.56 EUR. The services cover plant groups 4, 5, and 8 according to § 55 in conjunction with Annex 15 HOAI in service phases 1-9. Preliminary planning is available; construction will take place during ongoing operation.
