Bicycle Leasing for AOK Community Employees
Leasing of bicycles and pedelecs (no S-pedelecs) for official and private use by employees of the AOK community: Leasing term 36 months each. The AOKs comprise approximately 57,000 tariff employees and about 4,250 civil service employees. An estimated 1,475 leasing contracts per year are non-bindingly projected. The service must also be available to persons employed under civil service law. Included are insurance and serviceleistungen such as processing of order, return, and damage claims, maintenance and repair of bicycles, incident management, and the provision of an online portal. A robust network of stationary dealers in every federal state within the contracting authorities' business area must be provided; online dealers may be included if delivery in operational condition and provision of all services are ensured.
