Bicycle Leasing for AOK Community Employees
Leasing of bicycles and pedelecs (no S-pedelecs) for approximately 57,000 tariff employees and about 4,250 civil service employees of the AOK community for business and private use. The leasing term is 36 months each. An estimated 1,475 leasing contracts per year are anticipated, though this is non-binding. The service also includes insurance and service provisions, processing of order, return, and damage claims, maintenance and repair of bicycles, incident management, and the provision of an online portal. A robust network of stationary dealers in every federal state and the integration of online dealers are required.
