Facade works for the renovation of the Zittau dormitory: 1x site setup, dismantling of 130m catch and drainage systems, protection of 150 m² floor areas and 15m² roof areas, masking of 60m sheet metal covers and 450m² windows, cleaning and repair of 350m² sandstone plinth/polygon cladding and 140m sandstone cornices, cleaning of 1,700m² facade areas and 1,600m reveals and cornices, inspection of 1,700m² plaster and 180m² elevator shaft plaster, remediation of 150m² plaster damage, disposal of approx. 4 t old plaster, sealing of 620m joints after window installation, application of 300m plastering strips, 300m reinforcement layer for reveals, plaster base and top coat, masking of 1,200m fascias and reveals, 310 m external joint sealing, coating of 180m² elevator shaft with silicate paint, renovation of 200m² plaster surfaces, 1,700m² facade coating with silicate paint (primer, intermediate and final coating), 1,600m silicate paint on reveals and fascias, refurbishment of 3 double-leaf wooden exterior doors, overhaul of 4 dormer windows (bat dormers), cleaning and painting of 500 m timber frame elements. Execution period: September 14, 2026 to November 27, 2026. Required are a performance bond of 5% of the contract sum for orders over €250,000 and a security for defect claims of 3% of the settlement sum for settlement values over €250,000. Evidence according to § 6a para. 2 VOB/A must be provided; further items as per the tender documents.
