Window, Door, and Glazing Works for Rheingauschule Geisenheim

Window, door, and glazing works: Restructuring, general renovation, and expansion of the Rheingauschule in Geisenheim across building sections B, F, C, and D. The services include the renovation and renewal of existing building components, as well as equipping a new extension with window and door elements. In building section B (basement, three-story reinforced concrete skeleton structure), existing components will be adapted or renewed. The three-story new construction of building section F (partially basement, solid construction) will receive a building envelope with window, door, and glazing elements. The single-story pavilions of building sections C and D will be equipped with necessary window and door elements. The works comprise manufacturing, delivery, and professional installation of window, door, and glazing elements, including frame constructions, glazing, fittings, seals, as well as associated connection and sealing works, considering requirements for thermal, sound, and sun protection, airtightness, driving rain protection, and safety standards for school buildings.
