Windows and exterior doors: Windows include 57 steel positions (predominantly existing renovation/reproduction) and 51 aluminum positions (predominantly new construction). Opening types are 56 tilt, 23 tilt-and-turn, 20 fixed glazing, 6 fixed tilt sashes, and 3 special forms (combination tilt/tilt-and-turn/fixed). Glazing consists of 55 double-pane insulating glass with thermally improved edge bond (new construction), 47 normal glass (existing reproduction outside), and 5 special glazings (foiled/lacquered/single). A total of 56 new windows will be manufactured and 52 existing windows renovated, resulting in 108 positions. Special requirements include sound insulation for 29 positions (16x 48 dB, 13x 42 dB) and fire protection F 90 for 1 special position. Dimensions vary in width from 0.60-2.64 m and in height from 0.65-1.90 m; individual dimensions are listed in the bill of quantities (LV). All existing dimensions and conditions must be checked by the contractor (AN) before execution (measurement according to VOB/C § 14). Dismantling involves 3 windows (1.20 x 1.40 m) and 1 window (1.38 x 1.40 m). Exterior doors comprise a total of 21 positions, including 2 in the -1. basement, 8 on the ground floor, 4 on the 1st upper floor, 3 on the 2nd upper floor, and 4 in the attic. The material consists of 15 steel positions and 6 aluminum positions. Frame types are 13 corner frames and 8 block frames. There are 13 single-leaf and 8 double-leaf doors, 4 positions with transoms. Fire protection T 30 is required for 8 positions, 8 of which also have smoke protection requirements (RS). 13 positions are equipped with escape route/panic door locks. Burglary resistance includes 12 positions RC2, 2 positions 'corresponds to RC2', and 7 positions without requirements. All 21 positions feature a SimonsVoss locking system, and 6 positions are equipped with escape door guardians.
