Remote Interpretation Service for Native X-ray Images for North Savo Wellbeing Services County

Remote interpretation service for native X-ray images: Radiology specialists provide interpretations for imaging studies supplied by the client via the OptoMed portal. The service is a licensed, VAT-exempt healthcare service. It covers primary healthcare native X-ray examinations, including thorax imaging and musculoskeletal imaging. Dental radiological and breast radiological native X-ray examinations are excluded. The client procures remote interpretations as needed and is not committed to minimum purchase quantities. The contract period is planned to start on 15.10.2026, and the contract is valid indefinitely. The estimated volume of examinations is approximately 12,000–15,000 interpretations per year. For reference, the North Savo wellbeing services county procured approximately 12,200 native image interpretations in 2024 and approximately 13,700 in 2025 as purchased services. This information is provided to support bidders in assessing the scope of the procurement and does not bind the client to specific quantities. One (1) supplier will be selected to provide the service.
