Delivery of convenience products for university catering
Delivery of convenience products / high convenience for university catering facilities in 4 lots. The aim is to conclude a framework agreement with one company per lot. Contract duration is from February 1, 2027, to January 31, 2028, with an option for 3 extensions of one year each. Price adjustments are possible according to the price escalation clause in the contract documents. The notice period is 6 months before the end of the contract; if not terminated, the contract automatically extends for another year. The contract for each lot ends upon reaching the maximum value, even before the aforementioned deadline. Maximum value Lot 1: €2,330,000.00 net, Lot 2: €84,000.00 net, Lot 3: €500,000.00 net, Lot 4: €405,000.00 net.
