Financing Partners for Energy Efficiency Financial Instruments in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship Trust Fund
Services for the implementation and management of a financial instrument (loan) for energy efficiency in the residential sector, public buildings, and street lighting modernization: Provision of individual loans according to the “Metric of the Financial Instrument for Energy Efficiency in the Residential Sector, Public Buildings, and Street Lighting Modernization”, with a financial contribution from the Trust Fund of 26,500,000.00 PLN, supplemented by the contractor's own contribution of at least 3%. The individual loans are intended to improve energy efficiency by achieving the indicators defined in Chapter III, Point 8 of the SWZ, where the values for annual primary energy consumption and estimated gas emissions are shown as differences between baseline and target values before and after the investment.
