Financing Partners for Energy Efficiency Financial Instruments in the Podkarpackie Trust Fund
Services for the implementation and management of a financial instrument (loan) for improving energy efficiency in the residential sector, public buildings, and street lighting modernization: Provision of individual loans according to the 'Metric of the Financial Instrument for Improving Energy Efficiency in the Residential Sector, Public Buildings, and Street Lighting Modernization', with a financial contribution from the Trust Fund of 26,500,000.00 PLN, supplemented by a contractor's own contribution of at least 3%. The loans are intended to achieve the energy efficiency indicators defined in Chapter III, Point 8 of the SWZ, with values shown as differences between baseline and target values before and after the investment.
