Corporate fitness program for health promotion for employees of the Free State of Thuringia: The offer includes access to stationary, digital, and in-house sports, fitness, and health services. Stationary offers must be available in every district and independent city of Thuringia with at least one network partner. Digital offers include online courses, live courses, on-demand offers, and digital training programs in German. In-house offers are conducted in authorities and institutions of the Free State of Thuringia. An app for employees and a web-based online portal for administration must be provided. Reporting includes data protection-compliant, anonymized evaluations of usage in electronic form. The program is cost-neutral for the Free State of Thuringia; financing is provided by participating employees via fully digitally processed individual contracts. Communication and marketing measures for the introduction, promotion, and sustainable use of the offer are also to be provided.
