Landscaping works for the renovation of the Müllerbrunnen in Dresden: site setup, staking and coordination with other trades, recording of 20 m² vegetation area, demolition of 2 m³ foundations, loosening of 67.5 m³ soil, disposal of 150 t soil, creation of 232 m² subgrade, delivery and installation of 69 m³ FSS, 105 m² WGWD including maintenance, 91 m² paved surface, 88 m steel edge curbing, planting and topsoil works. Execution period from 09.11.2026 to 23.04.2027. Qualification requirements include information on turnover for the last three financial years, at least 3 references from the last 5 calendar years, number of employees, registrations with chambers and registries, declarations on taxes and social security contributions, exemption certificate according to § 48 EStG, declarations on insolvency proceedings, liquidation, and serious misconduct, or VOB prequalification certificate via PQ-Verein.
