Shell construction and natural stone works for the renovation of the Müllerbrunnen and a well shaft: mobile scaffolding with 16 weeks provision; steam cleaning of sandstone well elements; jointing works. Execution period from 09.11.2026 to 23.04.2027. A detailed cost breakdown (Urkalkulation) according to form 223 is required. Proof of suitability via pre-qualification or self-declaration of suitability including details on turnover for the last three financial years, at least three references from the last five calendar years, average annual number of employees for the last three calendar years, registration with the Chamber of Crafts/Industry and Commerce, commercial register, payment of taxes and contributions, insolvency/liquidation, and exemption certificate according to § 48 EStG.
