Flat Roof Renovation
Flat roof renovation: Removal of sheet metal flashings and covers up to approx. 75 cm width (approx. 255 m), roof waterproofing (approx. 410 m²) including connection rails (approx. 120 m), and EPS insulation (approx. 340 m²). This is followed by the installation of screed for slope, insulation (approx. 340 m²), emergency waterproofing (approx. 410 m²), and renovation drains. The contract also includes new sheet metal flashings and covers up to approx. 75 cm width (approx. 255 m), standing seam wall cladding including substructure (approx. 15 m²), and truss and gable end claddings (each approx. 5 m²).
