Tile and concrete terrazzo works for the construction of two extension buildings: one office building with four above-ground floors and a two-story underground car park, and another office building with three above-ground floors and one basement floor. Services include site setup, substrate preparation for wall and floor tiles, wall tiles, floor tiles, composite sealing, crystal mirror wall, sealing works, concrete terrazzo works, concrete terrazzo flooring for elevators, cleaning and treatment of concrete terrazzo surfaces, entrance mats, and hourly-rate works. Execution start on site: 2027-02-19, end of service provision: 2028-05-02. Start no later than 10 working days after receipt of the order letter.
