Tile and slab work: Wall and floor tiles in sanitary rooms, tiled splashbacks in training rooms and kitchenettes. Floor areas in sanitary rooms are to be cleaned, sealed, and covered with 60 cm x 60 cm tiles; skirting tiles from the same tile. Wall tiles in 3D optics with a hollow, as well as standard formats. Installation of natural stone window sills with an overhang at the front edge, all visible surfaces to have the same finish. Stairs in the foyer with angled steps and recessed contrast strips, landings to be covered with the same natural stone as the angled steps. Estimated services include: 150 m² subfloor cleaning, 250 m cutting of edge insulation strips, 150 m² primer on floor areas, 160 m² primer on wall areas, 150 m² protective covering for floor areas, 150 m² sealing of floor areas, 250 m² sealing of wall plinths, 150 m² floor tile 60 cm x 60 cm, 250 m skirting tile, 35 m² wall tile 10 cm x 10 cm, 25 m² wall tile 15 cm x 15 cm, 100 m² wall tile 15 cm x 5 cm, 48 pcs natural stone treads and risers, 20 m² natural stone as flooring, 90 pcs natural stone window sills.
